Methodology
Raw clinical literature data is kept separate from the statistical compiler, which runs once ahead of time to produce the compiled model below. The results are static - no computation happens on the server at request time.
1. Quantile Matching & Pooling
Non-parametric WHO centiles (P5, P50, P95) are converted into baseline parametric moments (μ_ref, σ_ref) via log-normal quantile matching, then multi-study regional cohorts are pooled weighted by sample size N (law of total variance across within-study and between-study dispersion).
2. Weighted Age Regression
Piecewise age involution slopes (f_age) are fitted via sample-size weighted least-squares across age-stratified clinical cohorts (20–80 years), with an inflection point at age 45.
3. Abstinence Kinetics
The seminal vesicle replenishment rate constant (k) is fitted by grid-search least-squares for the exponential saturation curve f_abs(D) = (1 − e^(−k(D + t₀))) / (1 − e^(−k(4 + t₀))), per region, against empirical abstinence-duration series.
